We're psyched to announce a very special collaboration with the manics of mincecore @haggusmincecore   HOP MINCER 6.8% Belgian-style IPA We conspired with frontman Hambone on this delightful concoction to be showcased at the upcoming @decibelmagazine Metal and Beer Fest, May 2nd & 3rd. A Belgian style was chosen in order to pay homage to the OG mincecore thrashers, Agathocles, founded near Antwerp. Brewed with Belgian malts from @mouterijdingemansbelgium , and fermented cool with abbaye yeast, on a touch of Belgian candi sugar. Hop Mincer takes subtle yeast phenolics, and a clean malt profile to accentuate the tactful Centennial dry-hopping. Mild clove, and herbal aroma give way to a crisp sweetness, balanced by a pithy citrus finish. In conjunction with @charlesfaramusa and their “Project Firkin” initiative, alongside the fine folks at @blackirisbrewery we’re excited to share this very limited offering. WASTED ARROWS 4.3% British styled Pub Ale A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to sit with Dan from @blackirisbrewery and chat extensively about many a great things. The passions behind our brewing ideologies, real ale (cask beer), and pub culture. It was fantastic, and highly encouraging. We devised a plan for a cask ale collaboration, and under the tutelage of Dan, utilized his years of experience with real ale to prepare these firkins per his specifications.  Each cask was hopped with unguarded care with whole leaf UK Olicana hops, from our friends at @charlesfaram then conditioned and stored with great mindfulness. Olicana is bred by Charles Faram, grown at both the Hawkins and Stocks farms in the UK. A very pleasant balance of modern tropical flavors/aromas, and herbaceous undertones. Only a few of these specially treated firkins went out, but we hope to revisit this again, hopefully for something larger scale. #celebrationthroughceremony #projectfirkin #keepitfresh 🎨 @t_callahandesign

Out of the dark of Winter, we emerge into Spring with another recent collaboration. This time, with @roosterst in Lititz, a place of magical memories, and deep-rooted admiration. When @joshkaufbrews floated the idea of brewing up a lovely Maibock for CBC, how could we say no. We're super excited to share a few pints in and around Philly next month.

Earlier this month, we had the honor of putting together a really fun brew with our buddies over at @seconddistrictbrewing Together with @cheerwineofficial we blew the dust off the history books, and firmed up a lovely Old London style brown stout. Using a robust malt base from @simpsonsmalt along with an elevated hop presence, using EKG and Whitbread Golding hops from @charlesfaram Look for this hearty British styled ale during CBC in April.

Busy few weeks, lots of really fun stuff on the horizon, but right now we've got two new ones for you. PROWL 3.8% English inspired Dark Mild Sessionable, malty, perfect for nature's awakening. BLAZING TOMB 6.7% West Coast styled IPA Bright, crisp, resinous and pithy. Our liquid kin at @stonesphilly will have 12oz jawns, and draught early next week. 🖤 @t_callahandesign absolutely smashing the visuals 🫠 #celebrationthroughceremony

A few weeks back we made another trek into Jersey Land, and spent a lovely day with the super fine folks over at @autodidactbeer We chatted about music, killed some slices, petted a dog...oh and whipped up something truly délicieux.
