HOT ROAST BEEF SANDWICH. This beef is roasted in house, sliced thin, and served warm with sharp white cheddar, giardiniera, and beef jus. It’s as good as it looks.

Starting Friday in conjunction with @eraserhoodfest , we’ll be running the BLACK LODGE cocktail, a mix of fernets, cappelletti apertivo, and lemon. Much like the neighborhood’s namesake David Lynch, this one will make you think, but you’ll definitely want more.
Swing by the fest this Friday and grab your Eraserhood Passport, which you can get stamped through July 1 for checking out all kinds of cool stuff in our ‘hood, including this tasty drink.

We wanted to throw an absolute rager of a party at Craft Brewer’s Conference down in Philly, mission accomplished. Thanks to everyone who came out, together we proved beer will never die.

Doomed if we do Doomed if we don’t – but we might as well have a good time (and make a difference where we can). From the day we opened our doors, Doom has recycled every bottle, can, and piece of plastic that’s used in this space (thanks to @rabbit_recycling ) and composted every bone, stem, and uneaten tortilla chip (thanks to @bennettcompost )! So this year we’re celebrating Earth Day and expanding our focus to one of our other favorite things - mezcal.
@dan_suro will be here to tell you about how the @tequilainterchangeproject is promoting sustainability in the complex world of agave spirits (the answer may surprise you but there’s a clue in this photo!) And no better way to learn than while sipping a mezcal - complimentary sampling available from 5-8pm.
We’re also making flowers with found trash. We’ll have some materials available, or you can BYOT! Bring some old wrappers or fabrics or whatever you want and we’ll provide the rest, with space to craft your little heart out with guidance from @cosmicutie.co . Come commiserate and celebrate this sweet earth 🌎

Brewed with a simple grist of Pilsner Malt & Golden Promise and hopped beautifully with hand selected hops from Yakima Chief Hops... a blend of Mosaic & Idaho 7 T90 pellets, Cryo, and Hyperboost create a massive attack of citrus and resinous piney flavors.
