Itโs been a while since we have released a classical series Passenger beer! For those that are unfamiliar, Passenger is our break from the usual Xul chaos; Classical styles brewed strictly true to form. It strips away the Xul experimentation, delivering classic styles exactly as written and steps outside the Xul playbook, focused on traditional styles with zero deviation.
We are super stoked to welcome our newest traditional smoked beer, Grodzisk. This super unique beer, often called โThe Champagne of Polandโ, is our take on the classic Polish Grodziskie, a historical beer style from the town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski in western Poland.
This 3.9% smoked lager pours a light golden hue with a lively, effervescent carbonation and a crispy dry finish. To remain true to style, we brewed it with 100% Weyermann oak smoked wheat malt that delivers a delicate, refined smokiness that never overwhelms. Subtle notes of fresh bread and a touch of honey sweetness round out the aroma and flavor profile. Refreshing, nuanced, and endlessly drinkable, itโs a modern tribute to a timeless tradition. ๐ฅ๐ฅ

We are absolutely stoked to introduce a new small stout that we plan to eventually add to our core lineup! Ringing in at a low 6% ABV, this small stout is easy to drink year round; so light yet so full of flavor! We started with a bit of a roasty base stout, gave it our slightly modified peanut butter treatment (that consists of no actual peanuts for those that are allergic!), then finished it off with sea salt to brighten everything up a bit. Itโs giving us all the salted peanut butter cup vibes! ๐ฅ We really wanted to capture the old Appalachian folklore vibes with this can art & @angryblue killed it! Whatever you do, DONโT WHISTLE AT NIGHTโฆor do and see what might happen! ๐ฉธ๐ธ๏ธ

A bold and expressive Triple IPA clocking in at 10.1%, this beer showcases a vibrant trio of Strata, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect an intense aromatic burst of ripe tropical fruit, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple, layered with bright citrus and juicy stone fruit notes. Strata brings a mix of strawberry, a dank cannabis like character and subtle grapefruit zest. Mosaic amplifies the fruit-forward profile with blueberry, mango, and tangerine, while Nelson Sauvin adds a distinctive white wine like quality, offering notes of gooseberry, crushed grapes and a hint of fresh herbal earthiness.
