Our updated draft list features three additions to our rotating craft beer menu, including a brand new creation from head brewer Josh Kauffman.
Fluffy Feathers Hazy IPA and No Watermelons Were Harmed Sour Ale are back by popular demand. These fan-favorites rotated off a few months ago but are now available in our tap room and restaurant here in Downtown Lititz.
We’re also excited to announce the official release of Maibaum. This delicious German style lager is a collaboration with our friends at Requiem Bier. The Maibaum or “Maypole” tradition goes back to at least the 16th century in southern Germany. Along with festivals and dancing, beer was an integral part of this seasonal celebration. Thus, the maibock was born! This deeply golden 7% ABV malt-forward lager has notes of crusty bread, light melanoidins, and a hint of herbal spicy hops.
