Snapshots from the very full year that was 2025. Daily walks, @library_nineteen filled with friends and sunlight, local watering holes, @cohere_co work jaunts through small town PA, and bubbles for @bar.alice.anne . A nice time capsule to open.
So great to have Tori from @baltimoreartsrealty and their amazing @bai_bmore interns from @arts4learningmd over for a tour of @library_nineteen and to show them a bit of what we do here at @piklstudio ! We wish them the best as they go into their senior year and pursue their passion for design and engineering!! Good luck Makele and Jordan!!
The Founder’s Salon is simple on paper: bring Baltimore entrepreneurs into a room, give them a prompt (HAVE / WANT / NEED), and see what surfaces.
But what actually happens is deeper. People name things they don’t usually say out loud. They find clarity. And they walk out knowing who to call next time they hit a wall—or have an idea worth chasing.
It’s a reminder that the strongest kind of local infrastructure isn’t physical. It’s personal.
And it starts by getting in a room together.
I love connecting people. It's always fun to play a bit of a matchmaker in my role with @cohere_co . And this week, I got to introduce some of my favorite people in Baltimore to the special place that is @library_nineteen with friends and creative collaborators @kuopaolian@shawn_chopra@erikoberholtzer
You never know how one little gathering, a conversation, or maybe even a pint, can open up a whole new path toward something. That's Baltimore at its best, and the people in this room are each examples of that spirit.
