In celebration of the album 'Slow Magic, 1977-1978' by Jeff Bridges, the Dude recently stopped by vinyl manufacturing plant RTI, as the LPs magically came off the press. This Saturday, April 12th, visit your local record shop to pick up a copy of the LP as part of Record Store Day.

The second pressing of The Story Of Blue Note is now shipping from @vinylmeplease . Cut by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio, and pressed with TLC at RTI. This is a great introduction to “the finest in jazz since 1939,” with six albums by Horace Silver, Dexter Gordon, Lou Donaldson, Wayne Shorter, Bobby Hutcherson and Ambrose Akinmusire. Limited to 1000 copies and housed in a handsome box with laminated tip on jackets, this anthology won’t last long.
