After many, MANY meetings with the collective and trusted community members, we have decided to update our masking policy.
At our main shop, masking is encouraged for the public, while volunteers and staff are required to mask.
At @recirculation.nyc masking is encouraged for everyone.
We will continue to provide PPE (while supplies last*) and focus on keeping our space clean and accessible.
If you need further accommodations, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected].
*Please encourage the city to distribute more PPE!

✨ABOUT THE COURSE:
Recognizing Negative Patterns of Thought - The Transformative Power of Meditation
When we experience stress and tension in our lives, it’s easy to feel emotionally overwhelmed or powerless; In Buddhism, these painful emotions are known as ‘delusions’, unreliable states of mind, guaranteed to create unhappiness for yourself and others. Buddha taught clear methods – based in meditation – for recognizing these delusions and transforming them into healthier, reality-based states of mind. These are essential tools in a world where we cannot always control what happens, whether that’s with personal struggles or the uncertain times we live in. By applying these methods and dismantling our painful states of mind, we can remain peaceful and effective in even the most difficult situations
