This was House of Change Festival 2026!
Wir schwelgen noch immer in den Eindrücken dieses besonderen Wochenendes und in der Dankbarkeit für die Menschen, die es geprägt haben. Danke an unsere inspirierenden Talkgäste Charlotte Axelsson @lotte_axelsson , Hülya Solakaç @lya_sol und Sue Ariza @s_ariza . Mit euren Perspektiven habt ihr unsere Horizonte erweitert und uns Denkanstösse mitgegeben die nachwirken.
Was uns besonders berührt hat: Der gemeinsame Nenner der Beiträge war ausgerechnet das, was im Kontext von Transformation oft unterschätzt wird: Freundlichkeit. Freundlichkeit als Haltung und Motor für Zusammenarbeit und als Grundlage für Kommunikation und ein respektvolles Miteinander.
Eingerahmt wurden unsere Diskussionen wortwörtlich durch die Kooperative Installation „The Choir“ in welcher Schweizer Kunst- und Designschaffende ihre ganz eigenen Visionen von Revolution sichtbar gemacht haben. Herzlichen Dank an alle Beteiligten*

Bringing people together is our art.
Through our method, we invite people to perceive the world through their senses, to slow down, connect, and translate impressions into form.
Over the past days, we had the pleasure of exploring this with people from all over Europe. We’ve explored wine through colour, aroma, taste, and texture, and translated our sensory impressions into sculptures. These sculptures became a way to speak about what we experienced with each wine.
Once again, this expressive and experimental technique of mindful sculpting opened up rich conversations about taste, memory, perception, and the simple joy of creating something with our hands.
We were so happy for our ongoing collaboration with @ferus.social x @belvederebellagio to create this artistic and experimental Wine Sculpting moment at “Slow” retreat at dreamy, rainy and mystical Lago di Como. Special Thanks to @giuliaandreamanoni and Head Sommelier of @alboribellagio@stefano_orr for diving into this experimental Wine Tasting with us and telling the stories of these special Wines you’ve carefully curated for us.
And thank you to all our creative contributors who openly dived into this artistic and experimental Experience with us!

The second half of April moved at the speed of light.
Between all the wonderful shoots, a visit to @sarahmaurerphoto wonderful space and her beautiful work, listening to @chillax.ch@ferus.social visions, learning a new balancing technique from @mirjamhaymann , meeting many inspiring women @annabelle_mag podcast launch, celebrating birthdays, some renovations and all the lovely moments in between ✨
Connection is art.
Kindness, openness and curiosity are the key ingredients Marisa and I bring into the spaces we create and into the work we do.
They are the qualities we believe in when it comes to coming closer to people. To their ideas, their worldviews, their values. They are also the qualities that allow us to be truly inspired.
That very particular feeling when someone moves you through what they do, through their attitude, their ideas, the way they speak, their beauty, their courage. When a spark jumps over, resonates with you and strengthens something in you. In who you are, in what you do, and in what we can create together.
@giuliaandreamanoni from @belvederebellagio and the whole team at @ferus.social are a huge inspiration to me. Their generosity and the passion with which they bring people together is something very special.
Having them as partners for this year’s Festival Dinner for our network Women* in Arts & Creative Industries was an absolute highlight. The atmosphere of resonance that unfolded that evening, together with all these wonderful and creative women, was deeply moving. It reminded me once again why I want to keep standing up for these values.

Zusammen mit Schweizer Design- und Kunstschaffenden haben wir mit „The Choir“ ein Monument für Transformation geschaffen, ein Aufruf und zugleich ein Ort der Reflexion: über die Welt, die wir uns wünschen, und den Mut, unsere Umwelt aktiv mitzugestalten.

The Choir ist eine kooperative Installation, die den Chor als kollektive, gewaltfreie Form des Aufbegehrens versteht. Stimmen, die sich verbinden, werden zu einem gemeinsamen Körper, hörbar, sichtbar, wirksam. Nicht als Gegengewalt, sondern als Präsenz: ein vielstimmiges „Wir“, das bestehende Machtverhältnisse hinterfragt und verschiebt.
Where Culture Meets Hospitality: FERUS x House of Change with Belvedere Bellagio
On the eve of the House of Change Festival, FERUS co-hosted an intimate dinner together with House of Change in Zurich. Bringing together a circle of women from different fields and backgrounds, the evening created space for exchange, connection and shared perspective ahead of the festival.
In collaboration with Belvedere Bellagio, one of FERUS’ partner hotels, the dinner also reflected a way of thinking that is central to FERUS: connecting culture with places of character, and creating contexts where hospitality, dialogue and creative energy come together. The menu was prepared by chef Marco & team and offered a taste of Belvedere Bellagio - a house led by the fifth generation of women, with Giulia Manoni continuing its story today.
Wir haben mit kreativen Köpfen, Design- und Kunstschaffenden zusammengespannt und das Festival Thema „Re-Repetition Rebellion Revolution“ in eine kooperative Installation „The Choir“ übersetzt. „The Choir“
Als Hommage an den gewaltfreien Widerstand nutzt “The Choir” das Motiv des Chores als Symbol für kollektives Aufbegehren. Indem sich einzelne Stimmen in Form von Flaggen zu einem kraftvollen “Wir” verbinden, werden bestehende Machtverhältnisse hinterfragt und verschoben.
Die versammelten Flaggen bilden ein offenes Feld von Haltungen: Sie zeigen Risse im Bestehenden, tragen Rebellion und Vision in sich und formulieren Ideen dessen, was noch werden kann. The Choir“ ist ein kollektiver Ausdruck und eine Einladung zur Reflexion:
