Im «Zentrum Digital Learning» der @phzuerich haben wir im letzten Jahr an etwas ganz Besonderem gearbeitet: dem Future Track. Ein internes Weiterbildungsprogramm speziell für unser administrativ-technisches Personal. Es stärkt genau jene, die oft im Hintergrund wirken, aber im Zentrum einer starken Hochschule stehen.
Future Track ist das neue Weiterbildungsprogramm für das administrative Personal an der PH Zürich.
Es fördert digitale Kompetenzen und ebnet den Weg für eine moderne, mitarbeiterorientierte Arbeitswelt.
Gemeinsam halten wir inne und reflektieren die aktuellen Herausforderungen.
Wir schaffen Zugang zu passenden Werkzeugen für unsere Arbeitswelt und vertiefen das Know-how rund um KI.
Dazu setzen wir Impulse für eine wirkungsvolle Kommunikation und stärken unsere Auftrittskompetenz.
Future Track bietet uns die Chance, einen aktiven Beitrag zur Zukunft der PH Zürich zu leisten – Schritt um Schritt.
