One of the core components of Public Readings Library will be a series of day-to-day curation takeovers, with different individuals or entities hand-selecting a series of books to be available in the library that day. This will be backed up with a programme of talks, workshops, gatherings and installations throughout the course of the week. Programmed events will run outside of the library’s opening hours and will operate on an RSVP basis, as numbers for certain events will be limited.
