Tell a friend to tell a friend really proud of this in its form and subject matter at every layer. I always want to make things that feels like a Jay-Z bar a double-triple-quadruple entendre. Virgil would say this a lot when working on first LV collection and the figures of speech show with @samirbantal ….me and my friends send voice notes breaking down rap lyrics like it’s works from the stoics…….cos that’s what it feels like to us. Everything has the potential to be scripture in its process of creation and In Hindsight…..always want to make something where the core idea is linked to all the other outer layers,
Jay-Z and Francis Ford Coppola both do this….. the medium is the vessel for a deeper idea/question/thesis
So it’s like trying to zoom into the thesis/Question/core idea, and simultaneously zoom out and view the medium/the craft…..how can I say this using this vessel, what tropes can we use what tropes can we subvert what tropes can we lean into. Weather we do this consciously on sub-consciously is another thing to.
