The 2025 Phoenix Design Week Conference opened with purpose and ended with a party. 🥂 This year’s theme, Rooted, invited us to dig deep, ground our practice, and grow what matters. Local entrepreneurs and creatives led breakout sessions and workshops that planted new ideas, while Emily Cohen and Bill Gardner challenged us to prune assumptions and cultivate stronger design decisions. And let’s not forget the very honorable Kathy Morgan, who received national recognition from AIGA. By the end of Day 1, the Arizona design community felt more unified, creativity was nourished, and new friendships were taking root.
