Happy to share that Arte has acquired Preoperational Model. It will be screened at @arte.tv@artefr on TV five times starting November 23rd in France and Germany together with an interview and be available online in France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg for the coming four years. It will be screened in a duo program with a film by @rachel_maclean_studio who has been an inspiration to me since I first saw her films representing Scotland at the Venice Biennale in 2017. Big thanks to Catherine Colas at Arte, @pinkmovies_productions and Jade Wiseman at @video_power Have a look later this month 🌸
Excited to announce that Preoperational Model is having its international premiere at @berlinale@berlinale_shorts next week. I’m very grateful for the support and being able to show my work together with such talented filmmakers.
On this occasion I have signed the open letter written by filmmakers participating in the 74th Berlinale joining cultural workers worldwide calling for ceasefire in Gaza as well as addressing the silencing of artists in Germany. The full letter can be found @filmmakersstatement

Installation shots from my first ever solo show at @mutteramsterdam this past month. Thank you everyone that came by and to Mutter for the invitation and help 💜
In my last post Sophie was a child. Here she is a princess soon to be queen. Through the film Sophie and Jessica negotiate fantasy and reality in three acts. They explore the boundaries of the roles they play and how they are affected by them. In the film they age non-linearly, as we follow their experience across roles and time.
I’ve been working on a film for the past year which is finally starting to wrap up. I can’t wait to share it. Will post some images here in the meantime. The film is about identity, roleplay and time. Thank you @josefinamjao and Marco Iacopetti for the amazing help with the character work 🌸
Super happy to show What Dying Feels Like @iffr at the end of January 🌟 The film will also show at the short film festivals in Beijing and Trondheim around the same period
Excerpt from my new film Diary Room made this summer.
The plot reads: a humanoid fox is locked inside the confession booth of the Big Brother Mansion, a room where contestants would confess their secrets to the camera. The fox is seemingly drifting around with their eyes closed, vocalizing sounds and exploring their internal being.
Massive thanks to @ringo_noko for all the help and input
Incredible performance by @cc0cc___
Beautiful sound work by @andresgvidal
Amazing character design done together with Marco Iacopetti and @josefinamjao
The film is currently showing at @refresh.bzh in France (thanks to @prs_curatorial and @marcel_mrejen for invite) and @mcg21xoxo in Japan together with an incredible group of artists.
Supported by @livecreativesshow big big love and thanks to @chong._.lii and @zyc.revisionaire for invite and for showing a teaser of the film in Singapore this summer at @supernormal.space
