Thank you to everyone who turned out @powerhousemuseum for āBeautiful Freak In The Machineā last Thursday. Truly an honor to be a part of this incredible exhibit alongside so many artists I admire. Grateful to showcase a restropective of my body of work across fashion, fillm and rave over nearly 2 decades. š
For those that werenāt able to make it (sadly, including myself due to conflicting work commitments in NYC), hereās some snippets from the event. You can watch more from this special exhibit as part of @vividsydney in my insta highlights, with the video piece coming soon. A personal highlight for me was my dad & stepmom - unbeknownst to me - driving 3 hrs from Canberra to Sydney & back just to check it out (slide 4)š„¹
Thank you so much to @velem@powerhousemuseum@anna_may_kirk Ā for generously helping me put this together (and for putting up with my pedantic notes š¤Æ) And of course forever thankful to the wonderful curator, my dear friend @davidnormanbonney for your kindness, impeccable taste and support over the years. So much love. šš„°š«
