Couldn’t let some of our seniors cross the stage without giving them one last first look. ✨ So before One Pace Plaza East officially opens this fall, a few of our Commercial Dance students took one of our new dance studios for a spin, alongside one very eager mascot. 🐾 It turns out, you can teach an old dog new tricks. From first year to final year, this space was built for the next generation of artists ready to make downtown Manhattan their stage. Fall 2026 can’t come soon enough.

TUNE IN Centered around my experience as a deaf dancer. In moments when an invisible disability feels unbearably invisible; there are special people that meet me halfway and turn my whole world up. SMILE YOU’RE ON CAMERA! A modern-day Truman Show, where a 9-to-5 feels like an endless performance. In a world driven by phones, we perform under their unblinking surveillance—seen by all but blinded to our true selves. This experience will stay with me forever. To witness a spark of my imagination ignite into a full realization, culminating in a piece showcased in Los Angeles, has been an absolute dream come true. Above all, this was a celebration of the semester I had in LA. I am so moved by the humans that made up our faculty out here.
