So before One Pace Plaza East officially opens this fall, a few of our Commercial Dance students took one of our new dance studios for a spin, alongside one very eager mascot. 🐾 It turns out, you can teach an old dog new tricks.
From first year to final year, this space was built for the next generation of artists ready to make downtown Manhattan their stage. Fall 2026 can’t come soon enough.

Opening beneath the Stoop at One Pace Plaza East in Fall 2026, Setter Sips will serve coffee, grab-and-go bites, made-to-order meals, and event concessions in the heart of campus life.
