The Spring issue cover story: Charlize Theron (@charlizeafrica ), an Oscar-winning actor known for pushing the limits of physical storytelling, takes on a new challenge — learning to climb for her latest survival thriller, “Apex.”
To make the film, Theron scaled rock barefoot and skipped stunt doubles, confronting fear, chasing ambition, and pushing past the edges of comfort in the process. She opens up about raw feet, the thin line between brave and reckless, and why misery often makes for the best movies.
The Spring 2026 issue is here, and it’s all about adventure, exploring new places, and the people redefining what’s possible outdoors.

In an unaired video filmed during her final journey to Africa, Jane Goodall reflects on a lifetime of groundbreaking conservation work and the urgency of individual action in a world facing immense environmental challenges. Sitting in a lush landscape in Arusha, Tanzania, she shares one of her final public messages: a simple but powerful call to “just do something” and start locally to create change. The conversation with friend, conservationist, and philanthropist @daxdasilva offers an intimate look at her legacy, her clarity in her final months, and her enduring hope for the future.

We’ve all signed up for a race on a whim, but Monet Izabeth took that mindset to the ends of the Earth.
This past January, she became the first American woman to ski solo and unsupported to the South Pole. 700 miles, 57 days, and -40° temps.
Hear how a self proclaimed "normal-ish" woman went from thinking “I wonder if I can do this?”, to actually setting out to find out if she could. Listen at the link in bio and watch episodes over on our YouTube channel 🔗
Kamryn Renae's Instagram account exploded after she began posting flirty videos from the PCT, clad in pink booty shorts and matching nail polish.
In the last two weeks of April alone, she gained 33,000 more Instagram followers, a pace that would put her around 600,000 by the time she reaches Canada. Interview Magazine called her “the princess of the PCT.” Her posts were not only unexpected, funny, stylish, and sexy, but they also sparked conversations about what it meant to be prepared or unprepared for such an adventure, and what it means to be outdoors as a single woman wearing pink, trying to look cute because you like it.

In the aftermath of the 2025 floods along the Guadalupe River, the work shifted from rescue to recovery. Volunteers with search-and-rescue and military backgrounds moved methodically through miles of debris, working with dogs trained to detect what the water left behind. Their task was precise and deeply human: to find the missing and return something to the families still waiting. Nearly a year later, that work continues, shaped as much by absence as by what has been found.
