London Marathon is in the books! 👊 (Full story in bio ✍️) Was battling a foot and knee injury up until a week before the race so I was just happy to get to that finish line absorb all the vibes along the way. And to run in the same race where the 2 hour barrier was broken (twice!) is pretty rad ⚡️⚡️
Big thanks to @newbalance for making this happen and assembling folks with such positive energy to hang with. Truly special times 💚💚💚
Been reflecting on these covers and pages as it’s been right around a year since we set out to redesign Outside!
We reimagined the magazine from the ground up to reflect what a modern life outdoors actually looks like: new sections, new voices, new photographers, and a broader, bolder vision of what it means to live an outdoor life.
From our first-ever “Style & Design” issue with Alexi Pappas to our current Winter 2025 cover featuring the legendary Lindsey Vonn—on newsstands now!—our goal has been to create something as visceral as the places we explore.
I’m incredibly proud of the grit this team showed in building something so vibrant. We’re just getting started. ✨🏕️
Tonight, the great @alexhonnold climbs a skyscraper live on Netflix. I will be climbing into my sweatpants to watch him 🍿 It was a delight to chat with him at last year’s @outsidemagazine Festival. Bonus throwback to when we got to hang at the F1 Vegas Grand Prix in ‘23. Good luck up there, Alex!!
Chiang Mai, Summer ‘25 🇹🇭 Got to check out the gorgeous and serene @anantara_chiangmai which integrates the former British Consulate along the Mae Ping river. Great eats and fun times w the cousins. 🙏🙏🙏
Remembering epic Mediterranean vibes in Puglia this summer w @katmanalac + @dannydoom + friends 🇮🇹 It’s a long ways down, but the heel of the boot is worth the journey for an Italy that’s much more chill ✌🏽
Stoked to get these Brooklyn kiddos to ski for the first time @jaypeakresort . The instructors got them really hooked. I see more skiing in their future—and mine too! (As long as the ol’ knees allow me.) Loved this northern reach of VT that has a bit of a Quebec touch and the poutine (and beautiful snow) is at the ready.
