I have been in Aix for a while sorry if I’ve ignored you but I’ve been making this new version of Britten’s Billy Budd. As ever it is only a piece because of incredible dedication and brilliance of all the people who actually actually do the work and tidy the chips and etchings ted and I made. This was a strange thing to write or dirty and they made it into more than a piece so am very thankful to all.
