💫Hi everyone! 💫I am feeling called to share my current offerings ! 💫After a period of focusing on my healing and peace I want to begin teaching, holding space and performing more ! I don’t have words to express the constant stabilizing this time has required, with getting furloughed and payed off and experiencing my partner’s death and having to be doing job interviews in the hospital. I ultimately started my new job last year the week my unemployment ran out. I can’t believe it has been a year and I am proud that I am still standing here. There is still so much I am taking day by day. Dance has been the pillar supporting my life. The current of my life’s purpose continues to carry me and I am opening my energy up more to connect with the world, still tender yet important pieces of myself and my dharma needed for me to fully embody this new iteration of myself. Dancing as if the space between my fingers and limbs all created shadows and the very essence of that embodiment held deep magnetic reverence. 🖤

This week has been so intense and this day ! I almooost gave up but had been pushing through everything else like GOING TO THE DMV IN SAN DIEGO ON A FRIDAY and doing allll my laundry that my cat has been destroying and talking about real huge big edges of grief and just being a human and not giving up so. Here’s the top song of my “light happy dance” playlist that will never not make me smile and me embodying FROG water energy in extreme exhaustion, bloat and discomfort but continuing to show up. And there’s gratitude in that ❤️ ribbit. 🐸
