Happy Mother’s Day 💙 This story is for mothers, daughters, and women carrying things that are ready to be unpacked in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, brought to life through @mayawinston bags as a symbol of what we hold. What We Carry is an intimate short film exploring the quiet inheritance between mothers and daughters, the words left unspoken, the lessons never taught, and the weight that lingers anyway. What We Carry will be screened on May 24th, 2026 in Brooklyn, NY, alongside a wellness experience inviting women and supporters of all ages and backgrounds into a shared space for reflection, conversation, movement, and connection. This experience is for mothers, daughters, those carrying something heavy, those grieving someone, and those learning to let go. It offers a reflection on the visible and invisible things we hold, and asks what is ours to keep, and what we can finally release. Tickets Link in Bio🎟️

A lot people are waiting. For the right time. For enough resources. For the right version of themselves. The City Doesn’t Wait is a short film following four women across generations in New York City, each navigating self-doubt, ambition, and resilience, and choosing to move forward before they feel fully ready. Created during Women’s History Month with limited resources and product support from @nikewomen , this film is a reflection on execution, doing it unsure, doing it with little, doing it unseen… and doing it anyway. For the women who came before us. And for those still waiting to begin. Last month, I wrote, directed, and produced a short film about women across generations and different backgrounds each navigating different challenges, yet choosing to keep moving forward. I didn’t know how much I would need the message a month later. Recently, things have been heavy. I’m releasing this piece for anyone going through something right now, you’re not alone. It may not get easier right away, but you keep moving forward. And eventually, it feels lighter to carry. Ashlee didn’t fit into any box people tried to place her in. Ashlee was a friend, a sister, a daughter, a partner and a woman becoming everything she dreamed of. I love you. Miss you @ashleejenae If you’d like to read more about the Ashlee I knew and experienced, I shared a full reflection in my bio. #JusticeforAshly #ashleejenae

HerStory isn’t just an event… it’s a movement. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it, to build something rooted in women’s stories, healing, and community, and to have the opportunity to partner with brands like Nike and other women-led brands like @drinksensori @slappdrink who believe in this vision… it means everything. This is bigger than me. So many of you have poured into this, supported this, and believed in Blu’s Bootcamp , and tomorrow we bring it all to life. In that same spirit of pouring back, we’re gifting one more ticket tonight 🤍 If you are in the NYC metro area and have been a caretaker for a parent, grandparent, or loved one, this is for you. You deserve to be poured into too. Send me a message sharing why you’d like to attend. The ticket sponsor will be selecting one person by tonight.

Galentine’s Bootcamp reminded us that love isn’t something we perform for. It’s something we grow into. For so long, Valentine’s Day has centered romantic love, the idea that love is something we’re supposed to have. But that day, we were reminded that love exists in many forms. In community. In friendship. In showing up for yourself. Because love is a journey. The journey of learning to love yourself. The journey of learning to receive love. The journey of learning to give love honestly, without performance. Real love doesn’t ask you to be perfect. It simply asks you to be. Galentine’s Bootcamp was a moment to honor that truth together with women showing up, choosing themselves, and discovering that love already lives all around us. And like every journey, it leads somewhere. For Blu’s Bootcamp, that journey continues with our next chapter. March 22nd. A new gathering. A new conversation. A deeper story waiting to be told. HerStory Next, ticket links in bio. My partner @daisyrosafit and I would like to thank our community of supporters, we couldn’t have done this without you! A few years ago I created @blus_box inspired by the story of Pandora. Even after all the heaviness is released into the world, something powerful still remains at the bottom. That power is us. Blu’s Bootcamp isn’t a pivot. It’s an embodiment. Blu’s Box was the philosophy. Blu’s Bootcamp is the practice. Power, unleashed. Now in motion. Welcome to the Blu Zone💙 Thank you @chadlawsonphotos for creative directing this shoot, and wanting to collaborate on something that means so much to me! It was so such an honor and always a pleasure to work with you. @slayjay I love bringing our mood boards to life, and then adding our own touch when it comes to makeup, thank you for being a part of @blus_box journey from the beginning. This is what community looks like 🙏🏾
