Ep 1: The get back - Did yāall lose any weight?
In 2025 I was freshly postpartum and managed to get back down to the weight I started my second pregnancy at.
So now, for 2026, itās time to up the Ante by getting healthier and fitter. My personal goals for this year surrounding mind, body and soul are:
1. Only drink alcohol 12 days this year maximum.
2. Do one 7-14 day liquid fast each season this year.
3. Workout at minimum 3-4x a week
4. Keep track of my food weekly to relearn calories in vs out
5. Get one of these each season - reflexology massage, acupuncture, cupping therapy, deep tissue massage.
Iām doing this while being a mom full time and opening up a new business full time so follow along if you want to join me.

Motherhood is hard, donāt let anyone fool you. We are all just trying our best. Iām a mom of 2, with a business, a side business, and a daily to do list, who would have thought.
Donāt let me fool you, I miss appointments, I miss my friends, I miss gatherings and so much more, but still make it happen. Motherhood is funny, it humbles you in an unexplainable way. When women say āyou no longer have a lifeā they mean, You are making those who came out of you a priority. To do this job well, you have to sacrifice so much and go outside of your comfort zone often. It becomes you, thatās why if someone says āyou made being a mom your entire existenceā itās like DUH, I experienced a life changing thing. It will stretch you to places your mind and body didnāt know existed before. So cheers to us, to yall, the only people who exist in this world are the mothers and the people they birthed, and thatās facts.

The vision really came to life. We would pass this location for years just imagining what it could be. We said āa vegan spotā nahhh, āa smoothie spotā nahhh. Finally we just decided it would be amazing as @ritasofgarwood
Fast forward to almost a year of hard work, headaches, A TON of communication and MONEY later, we have one of the cutest little locations. We appreciate the community for welcoming us and have our first week open in the books. This is first of many for us, so stay tuned.
