This summer, I’ve taken part in the Songwrights Apothecary Lab (S.A.L.) at UCLA—the brainchild of Esperanza Spalding, created & grown out of her longing to share music, dance, teach & perform in ways that are more conducive to connection. It’s been really nice being a part of this! I’ve learned so much amidst some amazing people.
