As gaffer, Philip was in charge of our lighting design!
In director Kwanza’s previous projects, the aesthetic was mostly bright, natural, and high key lighting - but she knew that she wanted a darker, more contrasty, and grittier feel for @unalivefilm . After talks with DP @__vivianlau , Phil understood the assignment and delivered!! 🤩

I was so grateful to have the opportunity to DP @zanelamprey Amazon Comedy Special which will be premiering in the Fall. He did an amazing job and had the crowd laughing all night.
