Certain things have feltā¦ off. Wanted to get in alignment. Whatās worked best for me is fasting. Iām on day 5 of a 10 day water fast. Originally it was gonna be 5 days. I havenāt eaten since Wednesday and have been maintaining an active lifestyle with 15,000 steps per day and resistance training. My weight has dropped from 198 to 194 pounds, and Iāve noticed a reduction in belly fat. Fasting has preserved my muscle mass, and Iām now in a state of autophagy where my body is healing itself. Iāve been mindful, hydrated, and taking electrolytes to avoid any issues like headaches or dizziness. Overall, this fast has been a positive experience, and Iām looking forward to seeing how the rest of the 10 days go. Have you done a prolonged water fast before?
