This recognition places us among the top dining destinations across the continent. It is a testament to the hard work of our incredible team and to all of you who’ve supported us since day one. We’re proud to represent Vancouver and grateful to continue telling the story of our local farms, foragers, fishers, and producers through our food.

The best spring veggies dressed in a tingly mapo kinda sauce, lots of herbs, crispy shallot n garlic. @uhdders makes amazing tofu and @nolanhenny makes yuba and the whole thing is vegan and it’s really fucking good. Feature tonight, probably on the menu Monday, @published.on.main

An incredibly thoughtful menu, pristine ingredients, immaculate techniques, flawlessly executed and elegantly presented. The story and intention presented through the menu shared with a beautiful collection of prints. I feel so fortunate to have dined so well with such great company. Truly a dining destination worthy of a special trip, I am so grateful for this opportunity 🙏
