We couldn’t be happier to kick off our four-hands dinner collaboration series with chef @sotaatsumi . It’s an honor to welcome him and his team into our kitchen on May 11th.
Chef @marcus.jernmark first met chef Sōta Atsumi while dining at Clown Bar in 2017, where Sōta-san was the head chef at the time. Marcus has followed his culinary journey ever since, and most recently dined at his Tokyo pop-up in 2024.
Chef Sōta-san is especially known for his wood-fire and meticulous cooking with exceptional seasonal produce. His cuisine blends refined French techniques with subtle Japanese influences that highlight umami flavors.

In just two more weeks, we will transition from our second menu to one that beautifully segues into spring. Our third menu is currently under construction, and I can assure you that we won’t be holding back on celebrating the essence of spring ❤️.
Lamb will be a featured protein for us in April and May. I will elaborate more on where and how we sourced our lamb, as well as what they were doing before we honored their lives by celebrating with them at @lielle.la .
The dish will likely include an aromatic jus infused with loads of white pepper and salted citrus, along with fava bean “Maro,” Oregon morels, ramps, almond miso, and a sausage made from sweetbreads, dried cep, aged shoulder, and fortified wine. #lesenfantsdelacôte
