Chef Mandel Hitzer of deer + almond in Winnipeg will be joining us at Perch to create a 6 course dinner.
There will be 2 courses from deer + almond, 2 courses from
Perch, and 2 courses created by both teams together.
Beverage pairing will be available as well.
Dinner will start at 7pm for everyone. Reservations are set for 6pm - 6:30pm so that you can get settled and order a pre-dinner drink if you'd like!
