And for our next act… 💥 M-G Dysfunction - has previously shared the stage with acts such as The Bug, Marie Davidson, Caroline, Gnod, Divide & Dissolve and Meatraffle. M-G Dysfunction live shows combine musical influences from the likes of Dean Blunt and Death Grips with elements of stand-up comedy, drag and clowning. Tickets like a magnet tickling ur senses, go chase em 🎫 🎟️ ‘ My therapist found out I had not only one, but two siblings on the second to last session in a working relationship that lasted 26 of them. I imagine its like giving someone a prostate exam and realising you’re a dentist and the patient has mouth-cancer, so you wipe the lube and shit from their puckered asshole and proclaim that everything seems to be in order from this end so why dont we give the other end a quick looksie too while we’re at it, come on, up and at em champ. No the gloves are fine actually, I do this all the time (see footnote 1). 🛎️ THIS WEEK AT THE PIEHOUSE 🛎️ Kicking it all off tomorrow is @infrared.records.inc , providing musical enjoyment…for the community. Featuring singing saws & autotune 🕊️ On Friday we have a HUGE lineup of piehouse community members, brought to us by @punksagainstapartheid and @kinda.page , coming together to raise money for @thepalestinemusicspace in Ramallah. This community run, grassroots organisation currently hosts 95 musicians & 6 bands, providing them free of charge rehearsal space and support developing their music (from Palestinian schoolgirl rock bands to experimental soul). Come enjoy some beautiful music for this extremely important cause! 🎸🎸🎸 On Saturday, @kurothenomad brings us another instalment of our Black History Month program, in the form of ‘Somewhere Inbetween’: ‘a space for us all to roam free with our expression, imagination, in a supportive and experimental environment’. With music from @blankfacebails @cashannaa @_____.noir @secretluvvr & Ku-Ro himself 🧭 On Sunday, we round off with @f1ghtmusic - centering expression from fem+global majority artists in a time of intense oppression and violence, this is world-building through DJ sets, soundscapes, visual art and vocal performance in response to the world-endings that colonialism tries to enact.
