We're excited to celebrate Anne on her promotion to Associate, Director of Interiors!
In this expanded leadership role, Anne will oversee the firm’s interior design practice, guiding project vision, elevating design quality, and strengthening client relationships across a diverse portfolio of work. As Director of Interiors, she will increase the scope and depth of our building and interior design work with her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a cohesive design approach from concept through completion. Since joining LA2 in 2023, Anne has played a key role in shaping the firm’s interiors practice. She has contributed to a range of projects including mixed-use developments, hospitality, institutional, multifamily residential, and workplace environments, bringing a strong design sensibility and a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and user experience.

Anne holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois and a M. Arch from the Savannah College of Art and Design. When not creating beautiful spaces, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and activities that spark her creativity.

Construction is officially underway on a new 10,000-square-foot expansion for the area’s only physician-owned gastroenterology group @gastroenterologyconsultants . The expansion includes 10 new clinical exam rooms, a welcoming endoscopy waiting area, and modern procedure suites - all designed to support better access and an even more comfortable patient experience.

Meet our newest team member, Johnson!
Originally from Mocksville, NC, Johnson recently relocated to Savannah from Phoenix, AZ, where he and his wife Katie lived while she completed grad school. He is a licensed architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from NC State University. Outside of work, he’s been enjoying life as a new homeowner, tackling house projects, going for runs, and hoping to try out fly fishing now that he’s near the coast.

The @municipal_grand officially opened this summer, transforming the former 1961 First Federal Savings Building into a 44-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Savannah.

Happy Preservation Month! 🎉 Last week the Kline Grocery project received a Historic Preservation Award from @myhsf .
Located in the Cuyler-Brownville National Register Historic District, the former neighborhood grocery store was transformed into a single-family home and successfully earned Historic Tax Credits. Originally acquired by Cabretta Capital from @myhsf , the project brings new life to a long-vacant structure while honoring its historic character.
