This track is special to me.
I’ve been working on getting new solo music finished for a long time, and have a lot of tracks I’ve been chipping away at for years alongside working on other projects.
This one came about more recently when I was coming to the realisation that I was non-binary, I had so much building up inside of me that I wouldn’t be able to put into words.
I sat down to make something new and this track flowed out in a few hours.
I’ve never written something in one go like that and not wanted to come back and change it afterwards. So I think I needed to do it, it felt good for me and I’d love it to be something that can make other people feel good too.
The world is a scary place but music and connection and being in clubs and sharing in these moments has been one of the biggest helps for me recently.
