THE VANISHING POINT is a dystopian storybook of life in the shadow of impending catastrophe. The songs reflect the shared experience of moving towards unsettling futures, processing our own culpability, and looking beyond these outcomes — to the point where the horizons vanish.
⛪🎶 For one night, REDCAT becomes a chapel of sound.
Join Wild Up and @calartsredcat on June 6 for The Interior Castle, an evening spanning centuries of artistic and spiritual inquiry inspired by visionary women, most of them cloistered.
The program brings together music by medieval abbess Hildegard von Bingen, Baroque Italian nun Isabella Leonarda, and Ethiopian composer-pianist Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou, alongside world premieres by LA-based composers @lisel.jpeg and @tiesenga .
Built as a kind of musical return-and-refrain, the evening circles back to four luminous piano works by Emahoy, performed by guest artist Vicki Ray, plus Eliza Bagg’s True City, a response to Hildegard’s O presul vere civitas, and Wild Up member M.A. Tiesenga’s The Interior Castle, a foray into St. Teresa of Ávila’s mystical architecture of the soul.
📅 Saturday, June 6 | 8pm 📍 REDCAT

Just announced. This Halloween season, Liquid Music and The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra present Life After Death, a haunting new collaboration with “ingenious” (The New Yorker) composer Ellis Ludwig-Leone, GRAMMY-winning conductor Teddy Abrams, and “ethereal” (The New York Times) vocalist Eliza Bagg.
Blurring the boundaries between the living and the departed, the physical and the unseen, Life After Death unfolds as a spellbinding evening for voice and orchestra suspended between ritual, memory, and dream.
Oct 23–25, 2026 at Ordway Concert Hall. Learn more at the link in bio.
Subscription tickets for the SPCO’s 2026–27 season are now on sale. Single tickets go on sale this summer.

We are so excited to present a night of boundary-pushing sound led by 4 visionary women redefining experimental electronic music. These globally recognized artists transform the human voice into an instrument- bending, layering, and reshaping it into something entirely new.
Each artist will present a solo set, joined by surprise special guests throughout the night, before coming together for a final, fully improvised collaboration.
This will be an intimate, immersive experience set in the stunning PS Studio in DTLA, presented by Photosynthesis, with DJ sets by Baby Chang throughout the night
See you there ✨
