American Idiot at the Mark Taper Forum opens tonight! I am excited to share our work with audiences throughout Los Angeles and beyond. I hope that folks come away feeling recognized by the intense feelings and challenges put into dance, image and music. I hope some hearing folks come away wanting to learn sign. Working with @alexander_gedeon on a new opera project has me thinking back to one of my favorites “Sucktion.”
It was also one of the joys of my life to collaborate with Opera singer @arualbohn . She is an amazing performer and collaborator.
