Massive big large gratitude feelings for the past 7 weeks on the road with @ghostfunkorchestra and @evolfo . With two tours back to back like this, it’s the longest I’ve ever been out consecutively. It’s not lost on me how fortunate I am to be able to do this. Even when I’m feeling exhausted from the shuffle, there’s still a deep catharsis I get from performing music with my friends. Big show / small show, it still feels special to me after doing it thousands of times.
So if you are one of my spectacular band mates (or @zelia.robin ), someone who came out to see a show, or even just someone I had a sweet chat with along the way… THANK YOU 🤍

UK Week Two
Last year we only hit London and Brighton. This time we zig-zagged all over the place, hitting a bunch of new cities including Manchester, Norwich, Bristol, Glasgow, and Sheffield. The shows were all incredible and the reception was lovely and warm. Tonight we play our final UK show of the tour in Leeds.
Tomorrow, we head back to the EU to play our first ever shows in France…
Europe Week One
Crazy week of travel, but it was all rewarded by some amazing shows in Spain, Netherlands, and Belgium. Thanks so much to @psychedelicprncrumpets for inviting us to join their shows in Spain. Onward to the UK for week two…
Teotihuacán on expired film
I found out that this place was discovered by the Aztecs almost 1,000 years after it was built and that we know almost nothing about the builders to this day. Learning this made me feel like a little piece of dust, but in an awe-full way ✨
Massive bigtime humbling life-affirming jaunt last week with @yoyoma + @angeliquekidjo — wow… it’s one thing to share a stage with musicians at the very top of what they do, it’s a whole other to realize what generous goofballs they are off stage. Yo-Yo and Angelique are the embodiment of what it means to lead with their shared humanity and let the joy seep into the music.
Deep deep gratitude to my big brother @sinkane for trusting me @dpalazola + @satchmo_boogie - He gave me a thank you card at the end that said only “I TOLD YOU”. All the more sweet to have an experience like this alongside my friends (old and new)
Thank you to @thierryvatonofficiel + @david_donatien of Angelique’s band for bringing such a grounded, calming energy to these performances. These two BEASTS were such reassuring presences on stage.
And huge thanks to dad and my love @franontherun for making the trip out to Chicago to support me and share in one of the most validating experiences I’ve ever had. Très cool, très cool. Let’s do it all again :)
