Europe Week Three
At long last we finally made our French debut with a trio of shows across Lille, Le Havre, and Charleville-Mézières! It was great to share the stage and make friends with @nusantara_beat and @thebuttshakers . As expected, the food was top tier and the sights were spectacular. After a brief detour in Bavaria, we have now landed in Vienna, Austria for another brand new adventure…
Europe Week One
Crazy week of travel, but it was all rewarded by some amazing shows in Spain, Netherlands, and Belgium. Thanks so much to @psychedelicprncrumpets for inviting us to join their shows in Spain. Onward to the UK for week two…
To an ineffable whirlwind of eternity in the present tense.
To an insane year, of which the tour with Night Beats was undoubtedly the apogee.
Grateful for all the adventures and all the growth.
Grateful for all the beautiful humans who made the hurricanes feel like zephyrs beneath my wings.
2023 waters looking pretty inviting already, eager to embark ⛵

Wait no, not tour shivers actually. Just plain old fucking covid. We never made it to London. Instead, we pointed at the map and ended up in the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable, Kent. Five days of staring at the waves, walking around and eating oysters. Five days of chills and fever.
We made it back to Europe on May 6th, and I dropped my still sickly new friends in the depth of Belgium suburbia to await for the ok to fly back to Chicago. I set off for a sweet hazy night in busy Brussels, but went back the next day for one last hang with my @huntsmen.doom buds. Had a last sun-filled van adventure with @strangernajjar , my best mate and best co-pilot.
Then I said goodbye to the ManVan, had coffee with @pissoir , who by the way I'm not sure I thanked enough for this whole adventure. Thanks boss.
And.. That was it.
Got back to Rennes, aka Chill-city, and to my sun-filled apartment. Just like that. Boom.
Been trying to pick up the pieces of my mind eversince...
@highwayholidays when's the next one?

Before leaving the countryside we took a last day trip to hippy Glastonbury and its Tor. Up the sacred mount, we went with love. Laid down some offerings and a few tears, filled our lungs with peace.
Bristol was hectic, color-packed, noisy, but oh so inviting, joyful and exciting. Sheffield felt like being around family. Butterflies and hot foreheads, tour shivers all over. London calling...
Before, after and everything in between.
150 heures de ponçage, 83 pansements et 12 litres d'alcool plus tard... #photodrop de ce mois flou et inoubliable à la fois 🌪️
Merci les amis, merci la vie, merci Marcelle.
La breizh campagne ça vous gagne.
New and amazing adventures coming up soon. Stay tuned 📺
Une aube affaiblie
Verse par les champs
La mélancolie
Des soleils couchants.
La mélancolie
Berce de doux chants
Mon coeur qui s'oublie
Aux soleils couchants.
Et d'étranges rêves,
Comme des soleils
Couchants, sur les grèves,
Fantômes vermeils,
Défilent sans trêves,
Défilent, pareils
A de grands soleils
Couchants sur les grèves.
