2025 in a nutshell
- First time I made a climbing trip specifically to climb a certain line,
@adam.ondra Pungitopo 8c+ and send it (šø 2
@crimp.films )
- My hardest onsight : 8b in the guide but we all know that is not always true š Still, felt like my best onsight in the way how I approached it.
- I climbed my first 8th degree trad line, the 2nd Ascent of
@petewhittaker01 Lilā krone 8b+ (šø1&3
@bernardo_gimenez )
- A new visitor in my lungs named M. Abscessus. Not really welcome but not much to do about thatš¤·āāļø
- A half year long finger injury š
Jamming is the only style of climbing where it doesnāt hurt if I climb harder. Not fun but it could always be worse and not being able to climb at all.
- Climbing Greenspit was maybe my proudest send of the year (šø4
@crimp.films ). I could feel like a climber again and forget the problems with my lungs and finger.
The story of Greenspit is why I love climbing so much. The ethics we give to our sport where the style something is done is more important that the send itself.
@didier.berthod inspired all those people who went for this dream line for more than 20 years already.
And for the rest, all this stuff is only fun when you can share it with friendsā¤ļø
And why not dream big in 2026?
Going to Patagonia has been a dream of mine since my first year of climbing.
Iāve heard rumours that there are not many crimps and pockets so my finger should agree on this tripš
It feels like it is time to check it out!
And maybe that bacteria needs some cold windy Patagonian weather to get the f*ck out of my body as well š¤Ŗ
Thanks
@lasportivagram &
@petzl_official the support of my dreams.
I could never do these things without your helpššš
Happy holidays to you all and never forget to live your life the way you love itš
