How much can I actually isolate my hip movement and how much range of motion do I truly possess in my hip without help or compensation from the spine???
This doesn’t seem important but in the reality of my movement goals, it means a heck of a lot for my safety and how I self-organize in order to keep progressing the way I want to. The impact 'better joint isolation' has on my global movement is indisputable. I am my own evidence that mobility training undeniably works. The proof is in how I dance, how I wake up in the morning, how my strength is progressing and how I recover.
The one unique aspect of Kinstretch that no other movement system offers is EDUCATION FIRST.
Everything begins with awareness and understanding.
The body needs to know how to think. If we see Kinstretch like psychology for movement, it makes sense that we cannot advance or change negative (thought/movement) patterns or behaviors without first being aware of them.

1.- No todos los profesionales entienden este concepto, no es algo revolucionario ni único, es un enfoque e interpretación diferente de la ciencia. Por ende no todos manejan o entienden lo que es FRS o su enfoque real a la hora de entrenar.

2.- TIEMPO INVERTIDO ES TIEMPO GANADO, aquí se aprende determinación, la cual se aplica a tu cuerpo, a tu ritmo, dando paso a que te ENTIENDAS! Que mejores física y mentalmente en tu expresión de movimiento.

3.- Todo ocurre internamente primero, entenderte de adentro para afuera es clave a la hora de mejorar ( SI SE QUE SUENA UN POCO HIPPIE, PERO ENTRE MÁS PUEDAS ENTENDERTE, más expresara! )

4.- De adentro para afuera, NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON DE AFUERA PARA DENTRO! ( como normalmente se nos enseña )
