The first Victorian facility for KBH Group, this impressive self-storage development delivers 970 storage units across three levels with a convenient undercover loading area, drive-up and internal access options.
The building is serviced by three commercial lifts to the upper levels, incorporates six layers of security access, and is divided into four separate fire-rated compartments - designed for safety, efficiency and ease of use.

The first ever APCO service station in South Australia has been constructed in Mt Gambier. With a network of service stations previously only in Victoria and New South Wales, APCO was founded in Warrnambool, VIC in 1968, by Ron and Margaret Anderson and remains family owned and operated by the Anderson family today. Kennett’s scope was to construct a modern, convenient destination for both fuel and food, with barista coffee and a retail space to hold an extensive range of groceries and convenience food items. Thanks to the consultants and subcontractors who worked together with us to successfully deliver this project for our client APCO Service Stations.

Today, a traditional Smoking Ceremony was performed by Auntie Ros and Bryce Cawte at the Resthaven Marion campus.
The ceremony was part of the $100M site redevelopment, with Resthaven staff joined by representatives from @brownfalconer , @kennettbuilders and @aboriginalurbandesign . It honoured the Kaurna people and prepared the site for positive beginnings. 🙌🏼
The new build, set for completion in October 2026, will incorporate parts of the 'Tjilbrukes Journey' dreaming story – with a water feature and inspiration for the build taken from the Glossy Ibis.

Our Uniting on Second project in Bowden has reached its highest point of construction. To mark this milestone, UnitingSA hosted a traditional Topping Out Ceremony symbolising good fortune for the remainder of construction and the future occupants. The ceremony involved raising a tree using the crane to the rooftop and signing an internal precast wall alongside the installed QR codes which are tracking the precast panels as part of Kennett’s Buildings as Material Banks strategy.
Once complete, it will deliver 70 modern apartments in Bowden, providing affordable homes for South Australians on low to moderate incomes.
Guests included the Federal Member of Adelaide, the Honourable Steve Georganas, Senator Karen Grogan, the South Australian Minister for Housing and Urban Development, the Honourable Nick Champion, the Deputy Mayor of the City of Charles Sturt, Edgar Agius, the CEO of the City of Charles Sturt, Paul Sutton, and representatives from our project partners at Renewal SA and City Collective.

Over the past few weeks, we were proud to host three Jodi Lee Foundation Bowel Cancer Foundation Workplace Program sessions in our Adelaide office, where our teams heard from the foundation’s Founder & Chair Nick Lee OAM and ambassador Sophie Edwards.
Nick lost his wife Jodi to bowel cancer at the age of 41 and Sophie was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer at 34. Both Nick and Sophie spoke with honesty, vulnerability and courage and their stories were powerful reminders of how early detection and simple action can save lives.
Bowel cancer is Australia’s second biggest cancer killer, and the leading cancer killer in Australians aged 25-44, yet it’s one of the most preventable. These sessions helped our team understand the importance of being healthy and active, exploring family history, acting early on symptoms and taking the bowel screening test - especially now that Australians aged 45–49 are eligible to opt in to receive a free bowel screening test.
Our partnership with the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation is long-standing and deeply valued. Through the donation of proceeds from vending machines on our building sites, we’re proud to support their life-saving work in a tangible, ongoing way.

Fondly known as ‘Thebby’, this much-loved live performance venue has been part of our community for close to a century.
Thanks to a $4 million contribution from the State Government, matched by City of West Torrens, plus Federal Government support, stage one of the project has given this local treasure a new lease on life.

A state-of-the-art facility for the growing community of Mt Barker!
Kennett was engaged by the @mtbarkerdc to construct their indoor aquatic and fitness facility, Summit Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Situated in the rolling hills of the wider Summit precinct, and designed by leading architects @designinc_adelaide to reflect the unique landscape, this facility includes:
• 25 mtr, 10 lane competition lap pool
• learn-to-swim kids pool & splash pad
• warm water therapy pool
• 24/7 gym & fitness rooms
• café, crèche, showers & change rooms
• community spaces, admin areas & landscaped surrounds with a native rain garden for sustainable stormwater management
The result has been a true testament to what can be achieved through strong collaboration, expert design and a shared vision. A huge thanks to the extended team of consultants and subcontractors who worked with us to bring this iconic project to life for the residents of the Adelaide Hills.
