Summit Aquatic + Leisure Centre delivers a vibrant, community-focused destination that brings together recreation, fitness, and wellbeing in one cohesive facility. Designed as the anchor of the wider sports precinct, the centre balances expansive aquatic halls with warm, welcoming public spaces that encourage visitors of all ages to gather and interact. Passive way-finding and strong visual connections link the various pools, fitness zones, and flexible program rooms, supporting both active participation and casual community use. Generous glazing frames views to the landscape and draws natural light deep into the interior, while durable, high‑performance materials respond to the demands of a busy, multi‑use facility. The result is a contemporary, inclusive hub that not only promotes health and activity but also strengthens community tie, bringing people together in a place that reflects the character and spirit of its surroundings. Since 2019, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with St Joseph’s School Hectorville, from the development of the master plan to the ongoing growth and evolution of the campus. Each space reflects a considered approach to the design and where is sits on the site — light‑filled classrooms, purposeful breakout areas, bespoke joinery, and strong connections with the landscape design that together help reshape the campus where students and educators can truly thrive. With Stage 5 now complete and Stage 6 on track for completion this year, it’s exciting to see the school continue to invest in inspiring, future‑focused learning environments that support curiosity, connection, and opportunity. 📍Kaurna Country | SA

A full-circle moment for Jay + Josh 🎓 After recently graduating from UniSA with degrees in Interior Design and Architecture, the pair joined our studio through the DesignInc UniSA Interior and Masters of Architecture grants, an initiative that offers emerging designers valuable real-world experience, mentorship, and insight into studio life. Over the past year, it’s been inspiring to see their growth, commitment, and the way they’ve embraced every opportunity. In 2026 we are thrilled to have them officially stepping into full-time roles in our DesignInc team.  As they begin this next chapter with us, it’s a valuable reminder of the lasting impact of hands-on learning and meaningful mentorship. 📍Kaurna Country | SA #internship #architecture #interiordesign #unisa

We’re excited to share the completion of the new Senior Student Hub, delivered through a thoughtful, co-design journey with our long-standing client @stmartinslc .   Designed by DesignInc and delivered in collaboration with @mossopconstructioninteriors , the hub provides flexible learning environments, CoLab zones and a vibrant Student Centre, a place enhanced by artwork from local Indigenous artist that celebrates the college’s connection to Boandik Country.   This project reflects our continued commitment to creating educational spaces that thoughtfully respond to their community and context.   We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team to bring this exciting project to life. Congratulations to the St Martins community on this milestone, we wish the senior students every success in the year ahead. 📍Boandik Country | SA
