Using our own in-house labels and standards, we make it easier to choose materials that align with our values - without compromising on design. Through ongoing education and the passion of our Green Team, we’re constantly evolving - finding new ways to design with intention, reduce our footprint, and create spaces that feel as good as they look.

T-Mobile transformed their café from a simple coffee bar into a full-service space with coffee, sandwiches, a customizable salad bar, and grab-and-go options with self-pay kiosks.
Inspired by a “European Market” concept, the design balances function and ambiance. A shift from a bright, open setting to a moodier, lounge-like atmosphere encourages guests to linger. Seating options—including built-in banquettes with live plants—enhance comfort and flexibility.
Custom wood arches with fluted glass soften the space, while curved counters and a mirrored soffit, framed in metal and fluted acrylic, create a seamless flow. Visitors are naturally guided from both the front lobby and the previously underutilized back entry, now activated through strategic branding.
A large dining area expands into adjacent conference rooms via an operable wall, making the café a dynamic, multi-functional hub for gathering and collaboration.
This transformation delivers a sophisticated, inviting experience that redefines the café as a central workplace destination.

A high-performance workplace in the heart of Bellevue
This two-floor tenant improvement combines open office environments, flexible event space, a central feature stair, and elevated amenity areas designed to support collaboration and day-to-day performance.
This project includes a range of high-end finishes with detailed material integration throughout the space, including imported flooring, reclaimed wood elements, and specialty fixtures that required careful coordination across trades and extended lead items.
Through early planning and close coordination with the project team, every detail was planned and executed with precision-helping reduce rework, maintain schedule, and keep the project moving smoothly from start to finish.
