Little clip of my track ‘Figures’ - I found Layqa’s art incredibly mesmerizing, and has an almost hypnotic quality for me. I wanted to reflect that in the music, and make something that felt like a gently swirling meditation, with gestural phrases acting like sudden brushstrokes.
Maybe I should’ve titled it Brushstrokes, whoopsss

The Promised Land! I had the pleasure of orchestrating @danromer ’s utterly raw & prolific score for this film.
We spent a week in Hamburg recording orchestra, and got to go deep with some seriously incredible musicians. This one means a lot to us, go get into it!
Making the music for this show has been, irrefutably cathartic. It’s been surreal scoring this show with the legend himself, @danromer .
