I’m incredibly grateful for all of the opportunities I’ve had to talk about my music with all the great media outlets that have kindly given me time, but this particular interview in @motifmagri , by my wonderful friend and birthday twin @enchanted_chica , was especially fun and meaningful. This photo was taken by my 5-year-old son on a disposable camera at our cousin’s wedding. A haphazardly-captured depiction of a beautiful moment in space and time. My only hope as a musician is to come close to that same outcome in songwriting. Over the past few years of writing and recording, with supreme help from @chillguys at @bignicestudio , I think we have achieved that goal with my new full-length album, “The Waves,” coming out this spring. This photo will serve as the cover art for the first single, “A Ghost, A Feeling,” which comes out 12/17.
