I can’t believe I’m finally able to say that Acres, a record I had started working on before the pandemic, is finally ready to share. After some health setbacks, and a career change that lead to starting a couple of businesses, I’ve finally found my way back to making music. I’m in the process of pressing vinyl, setting a release date, and booking some shows now. I’m incredibly proud of what Bruce @mooncusser_recording and I have made. The album has changed a lot since we first started working on it all those years ago. There are some new and different songs and arrangements, Bruce and I have remixed and mastered everything from the ground up, and we’e had some world class musicians play on it. I can’t wait for you to hear it. We’ll be releasing a track or two soon with the full record not too far behind. Five years ago today, I met this woman on the 17th floor of a party where neither of us wanted to be. At least one time every day since, we've laughed, yelled towards the general direction of a pug, made a right decision, definitely made a wrong decision, learned something new, taught each other something old, and held hands. I couldn't imagine a life like this, but now couldn't imagine it any other way. I love you.
