First generation Mexican-American artist HECTOR MUรOZ is from South Berkeley and is enrolled in the MFA program
at UC Berkeley.
Hectorโs art is a rich tapestry woven from the influences of Mexican artists, revolutionaries, and icons, blending the realistic colonial Mexican Spanish caste paintings with the flat, evocative aesthetics of Aztec pre-Columbian art.
