Make your own luck, follow your gut, invite imposter syndrome and lead with love. Iâve never regretted any of it, and often times the universe presents what you need, not just want.
This time around, an invite from @r_willms to join him on @mindfulenduranceprogram âs RUN RETREAT in the desert was the result of that practice.
A life altering experience that a global group of brilliant athletes, creators, explorers, teachers and leaders collectively navigated as individuals, brothers and sisters.

Black Hills 50 - DNF
34mi // 8:22 // 4.5k gain
Good Vibe Tribe got goofy in the Hills and found out real quick. First ultra distance, first trail race, first DNF. We love it.
Badlands, rally shirts, steak tips, monuments, Deadwood, Wall Drug, jackelopes, bonking, Twisted Pine, Crooked Tree, hallucinating, missed flights, thunderstorms, Mississippi mud flaps and Jakeâs. Thatâs a trail weekend to the max.
