Yeah, but where’s the research on @foundationtraining …?
Excited that we were accepted into @nscaofficial conference and will be published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning.
Oh, and that same thing goes for @trakgroundwear too. But it’s secret so, shhhhhh…
Coming to Orlando November 14-15 for LEVEL TWO!
We have so much fun teaching these courses and can’t wait to see you out there later this year.

Made us a perfect sauna. Not perfect in aesthetic, insulation or look, symmetry… any of that. But perfect, because I made with my hands and my scattered ambitious brain.
Ingredients:
-About a hundred standard cut 8 ft x 8 inch redwood planks.
-Screws and such.
-several redwood 2x2 boards cut to various lengths and quantities.
-6 Therabulb 0 EMF Near IR bulbs for glory
-1 9 kw Vevor sauna heater

Much cheaper route, much more fun route.
Best place in the world for a little @foundationtraining
Expansion is a fundamental skill in a world of Compression.
Shoes only hurt you if you don’t help yourself counterbalance their impact.
Be easy on your joints by strengthening and expanding the pressure points with which your body contacts the ground.
Grateful.
Of my nearly 45 years so far, over half’s been spent along the Florida coast.
The last 3 years in particular offered our family a blend of nostalgia, humidity, community kindness, housing absurdity and wonderful people.
We have moved our family back West to Northern California.
Thank you Florida friends and family. We love you and appreciate all of our times together.
Thank you UCF School of Physical Therapy for bringing FT in as research and helping us prove our points.
Thank you

Thank you Florida for all the love and Sun.
See you again soon 🤙🏼
Happy Father’s Day to the “Rad Daddy-o” of Sunny Sky & Veda Joy:
Life is SO much better with you @ericgoodmanft 💝 So much so that I made you these goofy little gals to always remind you of what’s most important in this life (thanks for helping & in doing so giving me the greatest gift I never could’ve dreamt up) 🥰
We see all you do to love and support us and appreciate you more than words could ever say~ and in the absence of those right words, the way they look at you, squeal “DAAAD!” and pounce all over you does an even better job at communicating that love & adoration 💝

We’ve been here with FT, helping lots of people heal for 16 years.
Built a career and career path for many.
Foundation Training is built on complex curiosities, complicated love and love for health.
We are a small family business with a giant goal of establishing better gold standards of rehabilitation and chronic pain relief.
There’s levels to understanding this and we go deep.
No matter your surface level we can likely help you heal.
Many ways to learn and so much to gain.
Movement.
Baby’s are developing at such a rapid rate from the time of birth til they’re one - flailing limbs to walking on their own! So wild.
There’s so much we can do to support our little ones as they form healthy movements, muscular function and stronger bodies.
A child’s first year of life is critical in helping them create a strong foundation for their musculoskeletal health.
As a pediatric nutritionist I can attest to how this relates to their total body wellness and overall health.
Most parents are unaware of what they can be doing daily to affect their child’s movement in a positive manner.
Allow my dear friend Jen Goodman (@itsreallygoodman ), licensed PT with two decades experience in pediatrics, walk you through the ins + outs of achieving optimal movements for your baby.
Her book Shaping Your Baby’s Foundation is a beautiful work devoted to helping parents understand how they can guide their child’s movement so that they grow well.
On a simple level, think @foundationtraining for babies ;) Foundation Training founder Dr. Eric Goodman DC (@ericgoodmanft ) is Jen’s husband after all.
These two know all things movement for babies!
Link to Jen’s book in my stories and on her page @itsreallygoodman .

Recently I’ve had the chance to reconnect more frequently with a Doctor that I’ve admired quite a while, Founder of @stopchasingpain Dr. Perry Nickelston. Here’s the great intro from our first interview in April 2014.
We have a couple of podcasts being planned, including one between Dr. Perry and @itsreallygoodman . I’m really excited to hear that interview as more people should know about the work Jen spent her life learning and practicing before committing to raising our kids with full spectrum of attention as she is. Jen has a book called Shaping Your Baby’s Foundation, it’s very good.
From new parents to grandparents in Foundation Training it’s a steady and rewarding effort as you Move From Pain To Performance.
