It was seven years ago that a couple bought this early 1980s clinker-brick bungalow. It was a tantalising time capsule that they adored, with soaring timber ceilings, split levels, wood veneers and a breezy open-plan layout.
But sadly, the couple were less enamoured of the lashings of mission brown, the salmon drapes and the apricot walls that were part of the package - and so, they decided to transport the house into the 21st century.
