How do you say, EPIC?!?!
On this #teamtuesday, we tip our hats to the entire squad of champions that brought Uber’s F1 Rodeo to life just a little over a week ago, deep in the heart of Texas. 🤠 🐂 🏁 🏆
This event site was built from scratch, and it took time to install it — 13 days, to be exact. The team erected a grand Levo Lossberger tent in an empty field, chosen because when clad, it took on the shape of a barn. Held the night before the United States Grand Prix and celebrating F1 weekend, The One Party by Uber welcomed six hundred local Uber One members for an exclusive Texas rodeo that started the evening with a bang. A performance by GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band closed the night , and while the “barn” functioned as both a rodeo ring and a concert venue, it was also a super-cool roadside lounge where famed Austin eateries like Terry Black’s and Torchy’s Tacos popped up alongside pool tables, a mechanical bull, and plenty of comfy seating set amongst Texas and racing ephemera. It was a top to bottom transformation.
