My page has never focused on politics, but if you ask my friends and family who the one person I want to meet is, I would immediately respond with @robertfkennedyjr Ultimately, it’s not about a political party; it’s about the individuals we elect who stand for the issues that matter most to us. Personally, I am passionate about health in America. Our healthcare system is broken and corrupt, making Americans sicker. This reality frightens me for the safety and security of the next generation. When JFK was president, only 6% of children had a chronic health condition. Today, that number has risen to 60%. Rates of autoimmune diseases, diabetes, ADD and ADHD, autism, obesity, asthma, food allergies, and other chronic conditions are skyrocketing. Eating well and living a healthy life should not be exclusive to the elite; access to quality, nourishing food should be a basic right for every American. Last night, Bobby Kennedy highlighted a critical issue with our First Amendment rights and the attack on our free speech. To be American means to have the right to voice and express yourself freely. We must allow differing opinions, as everyone deserves the right to express themselves. The cancel culture of censorship we’ve created is detrimental to our society. It doesn’t matter if you agree with everyone, but you must allow them the same space to express themselves as you wish for yourself. This is why I follow individuals like @houseinhabit , who share raw, authentic narratives about people the media often portrays negatively. The way she speaks and reports is so intimate and something we need in this society. I admire Jessica for encouraging more women to speak up and have those difficult conversations. I encourage you to open your heart and allow others the space to share their opinions. You don’t have to agree with everyone on everything. ❤️

Entrepreneurship isn’t about waiting for the comfortable moment, it’s about learning to stand inside discomfort long enough to turn vision into something real. I’m honored to share that IHC Agency has been named a 2025 @incmagazine Power Partner Top B2B Service Provider, for the second year in a row, alongside global leaders like @intuit QuickBooks, @slackhq , and @insperity Receiving this recognition again isn’t just a milestone, it’s a reflection of consistency, alignment, and a team that delivers. IHC started in the middle of a pandemic. One founder, a few interns, no office, and a vision to build something that felt missing: an agency where strategy and execution were treated with equal respect — where brand clarity and creative output were never at odds. What began as a small consultancy is now a global team scaling health, wellness, performance, and lifestyle brands across the US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. To our clients: thank you. You’ve trusted us to carry your message, grow your audience, and build platforms that matter. Your mission is our mission. To our team: you are the heartbeat of IHC. Brilliant women who could be anywhere else, yet choose to show up, grow, and build something that didn’t exist before. That loyalty is sacred. People always have a choice and you choose IHC. That choice fuels everything! To @laurenknyc our managing director — from Cartier, Tiffany & Co., and Design Miami, you brought luxury discipline into our wellness DNA. You co-piloted this vision with precision, grace, and the highest standard. As we approach year five, one thing is clear: the right people and the right clients will always find you. Vision creates alignment and alignment builds legacy.

5 wellness trends that are actually scams and I’m tired of pretending otherwise! 1. Juice Cleanses 🥤 No protein. No fiber. Just sugar spikes and marketing. Your liver and kidneys detox your body 24/7 and they don’t need a $12 cold-pressed juice. Without protein, your body breaks down muscle for fuel. Without fiber, you’re starving your gut microbiome. You’re not cleansing. You’re just undernourishing yourself for 3 days and calling it wellness. 2. NAD+ IVs 💉 Sounds amazing, right? Straight to the bloodstream. But NAD+ molecules are too large to enter cells directly and most gets broken down before it can do anything. What actually works are the precursors: NMN and NR. Smaller molecules that get inside your cells and convert into NAD+ from the inside out. What to take instead: NMN (500 to 1,000mg, morning, empty stomach), NR (300 to 500mg), Resveratrol, TMG, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid. 3. Detox Teas 🍵 These are laxatives. That’s it. Most contain senna leaf, a pharmaceutical grade laxative that makes your intestines contract and flush everything out. Long term: dehydration, electrolyte loss, gut lining damage. You’re not detoxing. You’re just losing water weight and feeling terrible. 4. Gummy Vitamins 🍬 Cute, but the active ingredient dose is a fraction of what your body needs. Creatine gummies might be the biggest con right now. Creatine is only bioavailable in powder form. The heat and moisture used to make gummies breaks it down into creatinine, a waste product your kidneys just flush out. You’re paying more for less. 5. 75 Hard 🏋️‍♀️ Two a days, zero rest days, zero modifications, all marketed as mental toughness. What it actually does is chronically spike cortisol, which breaks down muscle, tanks sleep, suppresses your immune system, and wrecks your hormones, especially for women. Pushing through exhaustion isn’t a personality trait. Real discipline means knowing when to recover. Which wellness trends do YOU think are a scam? Drop them in the comments 👇

We need to talk about what’s really driving the GLP-1 revolution. 👇 GLP-1s have become so much more than a weight loss tool over the last few years and we sat down with @beccajmccarthy the co-founder of @evolvlife , the first oral GLP-1 supplement, to get into all of it. From food addiction to alcoholism, the science is expanding in ways nobody saw coming. But with that comes responsibility, because as powerful as these tools are, the side effects are real. That’s what makes having informed conversations around this so important, and why innovations like @evolvlife , which aim to deliver the benefits without the downsides, matter. 🎙️ Comment “GLP1” for the link to the full episode! Usually on Wednesdays I share a product, treatment, technology, or something I’ve personally tried that can help us optimize our health. But today I want to talk about something deeper than any supplement, protocol, or biohack: our emotions. I think so many of us spend our lives trying to outrun pain. We suppress it, distract ourselves, stay busy, stay productive… when often the very thing we are trying to escape becomes the thing that shapes us most. For me, that emotion has been grief. For those of you who are newer here, I lost my dad in 2021 to Alzheimer’s. And last week was both Mother’s Day and the anniversary of losing my mom to cancer in 2022. Watching both of my parents suffer changed me forever. Especially being beside my mom as she took her last breath. There’s something incredibly heartbreaking but also strangely beautiful about realizing your parent witnessed your very first breath… and you were there to witness their last. That moment never leaves you. After my mom passed, I coped the only way I knew how. I worked harder. I became even more driven, more consumed by building, achieving, producing, creating. Because if I slowed down long enough to actually feel the grief… I thought it might swallow me whole. But somewhere inside all of that pain, it also gave me purpose. It pushed me to fully pivot @ihc_agency into health and wellness. It inspired me to start @biohack_it and build @biohackitmedia because I became obsessed with understanding the human body, disease, healing, prevention, trauma, longevity… all of it. I couldn’t go back and become a doctor. But I could dedicate my life to building conversations, communities, businesses, and platforms that hopefully help people suffer a little less and become more educated about their health before it’s too late. That search is what eventually led me into biohacking and building the ecosystem we’re creating today. ❤️ cont in comments

Nobody ever sat me down and told me this. I really wish they had. For most of my life, I outsourced my financial future. To partners. To “the experts.” I didn’t ask questions. I didn’t push back. I just trusted someone had it handled. Honey… they didn’t. And it cost me. Money, time, and the freedom I should have had sooner. Coming into my forties as a female founder, I’m done. My money is mine. My time is mine. My future is mine. After an incredible immersive with the women at @vontobel , I left with a new lens on everything. The data doesn’t lie 👇 → Women outperform male investors over a decade → Female-founded companies generate 78¢ per $1 invested. Men? 31¢ → 58% of women say investing intimidates them → Sitting in cash can cost you up to $1M over your lifetime A million dollars. Gone. Because nobody made us feel welcome at the table. Here’s what I wish someone told me: → Demystify money early. Teach your daughters. Teach yourself. → Never let anyone weaponize money over you. → The more you know, the more untouchable you become. → Don’t financially outsource your life. → Relentless curiosity is your superpower. By 2030, women will control 40-45% of U.S. retail financial assets. The wealth is already moving toward us. I want you standing exactly where you need to be when it arrives. Consider this the conversation nobody had with us. Thank you @vontobel for being the ones to finally have it. 🙌 Drop your best financial advice below. 👇

Things I no longer apologize for as a founder and CEO. ONE — Protecting my time. If it doesn’t move the needle, it doesn’t get a spot on my calendar. I’ve stopped saying yes to things I already know won’t serve me long term. My time is my most valuable asset and I treat it like one. TWO — Pivoting. Changing direction isn’t failure. It’s data. The best founders don’t stay married to a plan that isn’t working. They adapt fast, they adjust, and they keep moving. Flexibility isn’t weakness. It’s strategy. THREE — Investing in myself. I did a course at Cornell. I read. I ask questions. I sit across from some of the most brilliant experts in health, performance, and human potential and I absorb everything. Because I’ve always believed that curiosity heals. And a curious CEO is a better CEO. I am also working with the MOST amazing executive coach and mentor @patrickjmcginnis FOUR — Trusting my gut. As a woman, I think we are deeply in touch with our intuition and for a long time, I second guessed mine. Not anymore. I’ve learned to trust what I feel before I can explain it. My gut has never steered me wrong when I actually listened to it. FIVE — Taking up space. As a woman CEO, I’ve had to learn to impose myself. To speak first, to own the room, to stop shrinking so others feel comfortable. I am unapologetically me. SIX — Protecting my peace. Not every situation deserves my energy. Not every opinion deserves a response. Peace isn’t passive. It’s a decision I make every single day. And it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made as a leader. What’s one thing you’ve stopped apologizing for? Drop it below, I want to hear from you. ❤️

Lasers are one of the most talked about treatments in aesthetics right now, but also one of the most misunderstood. In this episode we sit down with @rebeccatreston , laser specialist and beauty therapist, to debunk every myth you’ve heard. She has spent years studying and working with laser technology and truly understands the skin on a deeper level than most. I personally got laser treatments done with Rebecca and the results were unlike anything I had seen before. It completely changed my skin and changed my perspective on what lasers can do when they are in the right hands. From the belief that lasers thin your skin, to fears around downtime, scarring and long term damage, she breaks down the science behind how lasers actually work and why the reputation simply doesn’t match the reality. When you live a full life, you become very intentional about where you spend your time and energy and I will always, always choose my people. Friends who feel like family. Moments that feed the soul. That’s what this weekend was. So grateful for you both, @amanda.abrarpour & @martin.s.grant , for gathering us all together and celebrating this beautiful chapter in your life. Wishing the birthday boy the most magnificent 50th. 🎂❤️

I had my first panic attack ever and I want to talk about it. In that moment, I turned to @soaakapp frequency therapy and I had just had the founders on the podcast so I knew this was something I could turn to. And it was the best thing I could have done. I’ve used sound frequencies before but this was different. This was real time. This was me in full panic mode finding my way back to calm. Here’s what makes Soaak different: their compositions layer anywhere between 5 and 15 frequencies together, each designed for a specific intended outcome, all working together at once. No prescription. No side effects. Beyond anxiety and panic, frequencies can support nervous system regulation, deeper sleep, mental focus, and so much more. These are the kinds of tools I want us all to have access to because healing doesn’t always have to come from a bottle❤️ Comment “FREQUENCIES”for the link to a 30 day free trial on the Soaak app and experience it for yourself. 👇 #soundhealing #frequencytherapy #nervoussystemhealth #anxietyrelief
