So grateful to contribute to this conversation around the vagus nerve and nervous system regulation.
Through the work we share on @biohack_it , the focus has always been on helping people understand how the nervous system shapes sleep, digestion, inflammation, and overall resilience. Supporting the vagus nerve is one of the most impactful ways to help the body feel safe, regulated, and capable of restoring itself.
Glad to be part of this dialogue, and thank you to @britishvogue for bringing attention to conversations in health and wellness like this!
Today was one of my major career milestones
I had the honor of moderating a panel for @drmarkhyman and recording a conversation with him for @biohack_it
Mark has been a guiding force for so many of us in the health and wellness world. He’s the pioneer who helped shape the idea that food is medicine and his work has inspired me since day one.
When I lost my mom to cancer, I questioned so much about how we approach healing. No one was talking about nutrition, cellular health, or the root causes of disease, only treatment. That experience is what led me into this space.
To sit down with someone whose research I turned to during that time... and to now share a stage with him, felt like a full-circle moment.
It’s a reminder that when you follow your purpose, even when the path isn’t clear, the universe will always meet you halfway.
Stay curious, stay aligned, and keep building what feels true to you.
Mark Cuban. Unfiltered.
From his biggest Shark Tank regrets to his thoughts on Trump’s tariffs, Elon Musk, and the broken healthcare system—nothing is off the table.
Oh, and he’s got a few longevity hacks too. 👀
This is the most candid conversation we’ve had yet.

Wait. Could GLP-1s be the fertility unlock nobody is talking about? 👀
Chronic inflammation is one of the biggest reasons women struggle to conceive and it’s the same thing making perimenopause and menopause so much harder than it needs to be.
And it’s so interesting to see how @evolvlife , the first oral GLP-1 support supplement, is actually helping women navigate exactly this, from fertility to the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Hearing it straight from the co-founder and seeing what women in the community are experiencing was genuinely eye opening.
Everyone is talking about GLP-1s but this episode shows a completely different and important side of the conversation that not enough people are having.
If you’re a woman you need to watch this one.

We need to talk about what’s really driving the GLP-1 revolution. 👇
GLP-1s have become so much more than a weight loss tool over the last few years and we sat down with @beccajmccarthy the co-founder of @evolvlife , the first oral GLP-1 supplement, to get into all of it.
From food addiction to alcoholism, the science is expanding in ways nobody saw coming. But with that comes responsibility, because as powerful as these tools are, the side effects are real. That’s what makes having informed conversations around this so important, and why innovations like @evolvlife , which aim to deliver the benefits without the downsides, matter.

Genetics, skin, and the celebrities whose complexions we can’t stop talking about. 👀
We did not shy away from anything in this one. @rebeccatreston breaks down why some people seem to age like fine wine, and what’s actually going on beneath the surface. We get into how genetics play a huge role in the way your skin ages, how you recover from treatments, and how far your skin can actually be pushed. Because it’s not always just about what you’re putting on your skin, sometimes it goes a lot deeper than that.
Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one.

It’s much harder to restore than to preserve.
One of the most important things @rebeccatreston said on the podcast!
Here’s the truth nobody tells you: your skin starts losing collagen at just 21. And if you’re a sun worshipper? You could be doubling that loss without even knowing it.
The good news? You don’t have to wait until you see the damage to do something about it. That’s where collagen banking comes in, strategic, intelligent treatments that protect and stimulate healthy collagen before things start to shift. Start with SPF. Be intentional in your 20s. Don’t sleep on collagen banking. Your future self will genuinely thank you.
So tell us, where are you currently doing to take care of your collagen? Drop it below👇
This episode is all about LASERS!
@rebeccatreston is one of the most sought-after laser specialists in the game, and she is sitting down with us to debunk every myth you have ever heard about laser treatments, and trust me, there is a lot to unpack.
We get into everything. The science, the results, what actually works, what doesn’t, and why so much of what you see online is flat out wrong. You do not want to miss this one.

Lasers are one of the most talked about treatments in aesthetics right now, but also one of the most misunderstood.
In this episode we sit down with @rebeccatreston , laser specialist and beauty therapist, to debunk every myth you’ve heard. She has spent years studying and working with laser technology and truly understands the skin on a deeper level than most.
I personally got laser treatments done with Rebecca and the results were unlike anything I had seen before. It completely changed my skin and changed my perspective on what lasers can do when they are in the right hands.
From the belief that lasers thin your skin, to fears around downtime, scarring and long term damage, she breaks down the science behind how lasers actually work and why the reputation simply doesn’t match the reality.
